CEL performs all the soil testing required to develop the soil properties of the land investigated prior to and during construction. The tests include sieve analysis, SPT and MPT, sand cone tests, chemical tests on the soil samples as well as a variety of other tests. Soil investigation reports produced after obtaining bore hole samples and conducting all the necessary soil tests to write the report. Plate load tests are also perfomed in order to determine the soil bearing capacity as well as tests that ensure the acceptable density of soils after compaction.
