CEL is reknowned for its testing laboratories and has been at the forefront of the construction sector in providing technical expertise for this service for over 30 years. The testing laboratories conduct a wide variety of tests that are broken down into several individual services. CEL performs soil testing, concrete testing, road and asphalt testing, materials testing as well as deconstructive testing. Each type of testing is described in the services section in more detail.

Performing soil investigation reports. This includes soil boring with different types of sampling, performing in-situ tests such as SPT, CPT and plate bearing tests.

Preparing foundation recommendation reports. That includes concluding the soil description, assessment of soil conditions as well as different and other relevant soil related recommendations that will aid the engineering design of the structure.

Design of excavation side support and dewatering systems.

This involves a variety of services:

Construction Quality Assurance: Inspection and Supervision of structures and all sorts of civil works during construction and ensuring that all the construction process is performed correctly.

Construction Quality Control: Ensuring the conformity of implemented materials as well as consturction techniques with project specifications with respect to civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines.

Manufacturing Quality Control: Ensuring that the manufacturing production lines are compliant with predefined dimensions and specifications.

CEL provides full engineering design services. Design of villas, high-rises and special structures for various uses are designed to the last detail. We also perform civil engineering and infrastructure design along with the material properties and specifications.
