CEL is involved in small scale contracting jobs for its clients. This service can either be provided individually as a contractor or in more common cases where CEL provides Design-Build services. In the latter case, we provide the technical engineering knowledge to design the project which is then followed by the actual construction while we continuously supervise the project.

Our contracting services vary according to the client's request. We can provide the initial phase of construction which commences with the excavation up to the concrete skeleton of a structure. Or we can provide complete turnkey operations where we also cover the interior and exterior finishing of the structure and deliver the finalized building.
